Canton Lake

Canton Lake is a reservoir located in Blaine, Dewey, and Canadian counties in Oklahoma, United States. The lake was created in 1948 by the construction of a dam on the North Canadian River. It has a surface area of 7,910 acres and a shoreline of 45 miles. The lake is a popular destination for fishing, boating, camping, and hunting. It is known for its population of walleye, striped bass, and catfish, and hosts several fishing tournaments throughout the year. The lake also has several parks and campgrounds, including Canton Lake State Park.
